Good Grief – it is possible!

Explore the five stages of grief as discovered and researched by Elisabeth Kubler Ross.  This course looks at the stages as we witness them day to day and reveals how grief can cause many challenges in our life if it is not observed, processed and respected.

This course leads to better self-understanding and is a gateway to further personal development.
